1 - GRAB COFFEE

2 - RECEIVE DEALS
If our goals align, we will begin sending deals that have met our strict underwriting criteria. (We only work with experienced borrowers with proven track records. And we lend up to a maximum of 70% loan-to-value (LTV)).
3 - COMMIT TO A DEAL
You will have 24 hours to 10 days to decide and fund a deal. We're here to answer questions. Minimum investment is $25,000 per deal.
4 - FUND ESCROW
Once the paperwork has been prepared (by an attorney or a broker) and notarized, you will wire the funds directly to a reputable and licensed third party escrow company, which will manage disbursement. Borrower pays for fees incurred. The asset gets recorded publicly so together we will have legal ownership of the asset (in case of default).
5 - EARN INTEREST
You will receive interest on the loan paid by the borrower along with consistent updates on the deal from us as it progresses.
6 - RECEIVE FINAL PAYMENT
The payback of the original principal along with interest usually in 12 months or less. In the rare case of foreclosure, your investment is backed by a real asset and recovery actions will immediately take place.
